In Kaohsiung we run Hello Stay, a whole-house guesthouse, and Ruins Bar, a heritage-house venue. We're building our own building, and we run the DOVER Labs YouTube channel.
Our video team has taken commissions and made documentaries since 2014 — for a school, a resort and a wedding brand, and the story of a firefighter after the Kaohsiung gas explosion.
Each of these businesses comes with endless daily chores: answering messages, adjusting prices, counting quantities, making videos. Rather than settle for off-the-shelf software, we used AI to turn each chore into a system, then refined them one by one until they ran reliably every day.
