We only have PDF drawings. Can you still build BIM?
Yes. Vector PDFs can be measured; original DWG files are more precise. We assess the drawings before proposing an approach.
What do you deliver?
Models in IFC4, with element lists and quantity tables in Excel or CSV.
Can you follow a government BIM specification?
Yes. We break the specification's level-of-development table into items and deliver against each one.
