LOD 300 BIM model
Structure, walls, doors, windows and fittings are all modelled; floors can be pulled apart, foundations and ground-improvement piles inspected, and elements coloured by type.
Dazhi Road: from approved drawings to BIM and quantity take-offs
Dazhi Road is our own new building in Yancheng, Kaohsiung. The risks in building for yourself are miscounted quantities, quotes you can't read, and contracts and site records scattered everywhere. We turned the approved drawings into data we can compute — a BIM model, quantity tables and requests for quotation — then built our own tools for contracts, costs and site safety.

Get steel, rebar, concrete or formwork quantities wrong and every quote is wrong with them.
Quotes don't line up
Every contractor quotes in a different format, so they're hard to compare side by side.
Records must hold up
Contracts, worker sign-ins and safety acknowledgements all need evidence you can find later.
What we built做法
How we built it
Take-offs from DWG
We parse the 27 approved structural sheets directly into detailed tables for steel sections, plates, bolts, shear studs, stairs, deck, concrete, formwork and rebar.
RFQs & negotiation
Quantity tables become requests for quotation, and competing quotes become one comparison sheet with negotiation notes.
Contract management
A Google Apps Script contract system with a clause library, house templates, roles and version history.
Site sign-in & safety
Workers sign electronically with a selfie on arrival; the system records time, content and a digest so it holds up as evidence.
Cost tracking
Budget against spend at any moment, so you always know where the money went.
