Hello Stay: one guesthouse, a whole booking stack grown in-house
Hello Stay is our whole-house guesthouse in Yancheng, Kaohsiung: two houses, each let to one group at a time. Instead of buying an off-the-shelf booking system, we started from the problems we hit every day and built the website, direct booking, LINE concierge, automated pricing and daily operations one piece at a time.

Platform commission
Every OTA booking pays commission. For guests to book direct, the website has to be as easy as the platforms.
Group enquiries are detailed
Headcount, small children, which house, extra beds, dates: every group is different, and confirming by hand takes time.
Prices move with the calendar
Public holidays, long weekends and local concerts all shift demand, and manual repricing misses things.
What we built做法
Six systems,
one job each.
Each system handles one part, so one failure never takes down the rest, and guests see the same availability and prices on the website and in LINE.
Direct booking engine
Instant quotes from dates and headcount, a contract produced once the guest signs online, and an admin console for orders, price rules and promo codes.
LINE booking concierge
Guests pick dates and headcount inside LINE to check availability; common questions are answered automatically, with hand-off to a person when needed.
Holiday pricing
Public holidays and long weekends priced automatically, with no yearly setup by hand.
Local event alerts
Big local events flagged, with a one-tap choice to raise the price.
Daily operations
Tomorrow's arrivals reach your phone every morning; date changes sync and stale enquiries are tidied up on their own.
